Shipping policy

We do ship domestic and oversea orders. We are currently offering free regular shipping (standard shipment) for all orders received (please do regard the need of some exceptions in case of more than one timepiece is ordered or where items are to be shipped to countries with special shipping features).

We will ship your goods maximum 48h after your order was placed. Please allow 3 days for delivery within Europe (incl. Portugal). Deliveries outside Europe will take approx. 5 days to reach out to destination.

This timeframe may vary due to any constrains arising that are subject to affect negatively transportation service level agreements and subsequent times.

We partner with sound courier players in the market (namely FEDEX Express) and have shipped watches for several countries across the globe in a sucessfull manner.

Customs & Duties

For customers outside EU - please note you may be responsible for duties, fees

and taxes payment as applicable in your region to be charged by local customs office or other similar authorities in case you purchase from us and once sent package will be arriving to your location.

For customers within EU no customs or duties are to be applied.

With regard to Brexit, please note that our courier do follow the standardised procedures established between EU and UK and therefore no further taxation will also be expected in this regard.
