Refund policy

To be very honest, we do not expect you to cancel your order or return any of your MEIA LUA exclusive and limited purchased items. In any case, and if you decide to do so, you are entitled to cancel your order and return your goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.

In order for you to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. This information must be provided by email (contact@meialuawatches.com) or via our contact page. We will then advise you on the next steps.

Once your return has been accepted, in line with our return policy, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date where return good was received. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returns.

Returned items need to be made available in original packaging and in "mint" condition. 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items showing any signs of wear, even if minimal, customised or purchased in sale. Return of watch straps is also not accepted.
